I founded Marine Zero in 2021 to help ports, vessel operators and maritime organisations navigate the clean-energy transition through data, delivery and strategic partnership.
I am also the founder of RDM Solutions, bringing together property care and smart technology to make homes and businesses work better, and Vice Chair of ZESTAs.
Before startup life, I worked across engineering and commercial leadership at ABB, including UK Sales and Marketing for Marine & Ports. That mix of engineering, customers and systems still shapes how I approach almost everything.
This site is the less polished part of the story: remote teams, burnout, grief, health, useful tools and what it actually feels like to keep building when life does not follow the plan.
